Note: We requested an early check-in on Friday for 10am and, if approved, please come early and get settled in your room. (if you are coming up early, call or text us before coming up)
2. Saturday, September 14, Barclay Cabin
- 8:30am – 10:30am: Brunch (Lox & Bagels; Coffee)
- 11:00am: Optional Group Hike with views of Rocky Mountain National Park, Meet at Barclay Cabin if interested
- 11:00am: OR Free Time
Note: If you want to hike or drive through Rocky Mountain National Park, the entry is timed so call the park to schedule.
- 4:00pm – ?: Commitment, Dinner & Dancing
Timeline:
• 4:00pm: Arrival
• 4:30pm: Commitment Ceremony
• 4:45pm: Cocktails & Appetizers
• 6:30pm: Dinner
• 8:30pm: Dancing til pleasant exhaustion
3. Sunday - 10-Noon - Coffee and leftovers
Note: Cell service is not great at the YMCA and ATT is particularly bad.
1. Checking In
- Barclay Cabin: No need to check in; drive directly to Barclay
- Other YMCA Cabins: You need to check in at the Administrative and Registration Building
Note: All attendees have access to ALL the attractions and functions of the Y. Full list on their site.
2. Walking/Driving to Barclay from another cabin
Emerald Cabin: You can walk to Barclay from Emerald Cabin. It is an easy 15 minute walk along the Mesa trail. Go right out of the cabin, walk across the road and then follow the sign for the Mesa trail. There is also parking at Barclay Cabin.

Other Cabins: You may be able to walk to Barclay, check the map, or you can drive to Barclay.
3. Attire
For the celebration on Saturday, the attire is casual so please be comfortable. Most will be wearing:
- Men: khakis/chinos/jeans and polos or button short/long sleeve, etc.
- Women: Summer/fall dress, pants/skirts and blouse
4. Coffee & Food
- Aspen Dining Hall at the YMCA offers breakfast, lunch and dinner during the following hours: 7am-9am, 11am-1pm and 5pm-7:30pm
- Rustic Café at the YMCA offers light pre-made salads and sandwiches, snacks and coffee. It is located in the Administrative & Registration Building.
- Town of Estes Park has ample dining, restaurants and bars.
